I knew the owner of this business before he started his businesses and was blessed to be served food by this guy. His kitchen/cottage was a foodie paradise and had constant experiments going with homemade bread, soy sauce, fermented hot sauce from peppers he grew himself, dressings, and on and on. I'm grateful to be able to take a bit of his kitchen magic into my kitchen now! Thank you!
