  • Carrier Delays: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tin Man Oils is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Risk of Loss: Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, the risk of loss or theft passes to you. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier. We will provide assistance where possible.

5. Refunds & Exchanges
