We stand behind the quality and taste of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly issue a one-time replacement of the same item or provide a full refund.

2. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If your order falls short of your expectations, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide Your Details: Have your order number ready and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Send a Photo (If Applicable): For issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect items, please provide clear photos of the product and its packaging. This helps us understand what went wrong and improve our processes.

Our team will review your request and process your replacement or refund within 7 business days.

3. Important Policy Information

  • Health & Safety: No Physical Returns Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns of any food items. This policy protects the integrity of our products and the health and safety of all our customers.

  • Non-Refundable Situations A replacement or refund will not be granted for:

    • Issues reported more than 30 days after delivery.

    • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

    • Customer preference changes unrelated to product quality or taste.

  • Non-Refundable Fees Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was a result of an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong item).

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping.

  • Modifications: We cannot modify an order once it has been processed. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.

  • Refused or Undeliverable Orders: If an order is refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, a refund will not be issued. You may be responsible for reshipping fees.

5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or Lost Shipments: If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the original estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation.

  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with household members or neighbors. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Stolen or Misplaced Packages: Tin Man Oils is not responsible for packages that are stolen or go missing after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier to the correct address. We recommend using a secure delivery location.
